    C-Class Customer Workshop
    "DRIVING AT ITS BEST" Mercedes-Benz Customer Workshop
    July 10, 2008 - When it comes to repair and maintenance, Mercedes-Benz's after-sales service is second to none. Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited and its exclusive dealer Zung Fu Company Limited, have recently joined hand to organize an exclusive customer workshop at Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited – Hong Kong Training Center, namely "Driving at its Best", of hands-on techniques and maintenance tips, tailor-made for the C-Class owners.

    The workshop consisted of two sessions. First part was a knowledge and experience sharing session conducted by the headquarters certified experts. The key features of the C-Class and the center’s professional after-sales services were introduced during this session, which helped customers to have a better understanding of handling and maintenance to improve their driving pleasure.

    It was then followed by a product demonstration session. The experts showed the participants how to operate some of the special features of the C-Class vehicle, for example from interpreting dashboard signals, personalizing settings, igniting engine, to utilizing Bluetooth interface, etc. There was also a question and answer session that participants could interact with the experts directly.

    Not only did the workshop provide the participants with details of Mercedes-Benz’s professional after-sales services, it also enhanced their day-to-day maintenance skills and driving knowledge. The workshop was well-received and indeed an interactive one, allowing group discussion and experience sharing. The feedback from the participants was extremely positive and an evaluation survey revealed that they found the workshop informative and beneficial. The valuable feedback serves as an important reference not only for upcoming activities but also for the future development and improvement of the Mercedes-Benz after-sales services.
