Mercedes-Benz passenger cars come with a two-year manufacturer's world-wide warranty* on materials and workmanship, starting from the date of first registration and with no limit of mileage. It covers free vehicle repairing and replacement of any defective parts (except wear and tear items).
Mercedes-Benz commercial cars also come with manufacturer's world-wide warranty*. To improve customer's satisfaction, all Mercedes-Benz vans produced on or after 1st January 2007 and sold through our exclusive dealer in Hong Kong come with a manufacturer's world-wide warranty* of two years from the date of first registration or up to 200,000km, whichever comes first.
Regular maintenance at our authorized Mercedes-Benz service centres is a pre-requisite for manufacturer's warranty protection. To enjoy the full benefits of our manufacturer's warranty, you are required to send your Mercedes-Benz vehicle to our authorized Mercedes-Benz service centres for servicing at the prescribed service intervals. We have technical experts and service professionals with a comprehensive understanding of all models in every series, as well as diagnosis and repair equipment, and we are ready to provide our best service to you.
