The strategy is to replace large, naturally aspirated engines with turbocharged units which excel with advantages such as lower weight, reduced internal friction and more economical operating characteristics. While CLS 350 BlueEFFICIENCY is functioned by V6 engines and all the engines for the Mercedes Benz’s Environment-Friendly Petrol Private Car meet the EU5 emission standard.
