The highlights of the 4-cylinder petrol engines

Our engines have now been converted to use optimised water intercooling and are equipped with the relevant cooling units. Due to their extremely compact design, these units are suitable for tight engine compartments and they cool down intake air even more effectively.

The details:

  • A high efficiency rate and efficient fuel consumption: Thanks to a turbocharger and variable valve timing.
  • Environmentally friendly: All engines are equipped with the ECO start/stop function and comply with the Euro 6 emissions standard.
  • Outstandingly smooth: Two balance shafts reduce irritating vibrations in the C 200 and C 250.
  • Even more efficiency: Lower weight compared with previous engines, a reduction in friction loss, and auxiliary systems controlled according to requirements.
