Mercedes me ID provides you with a central point of access that enables you to register for our services as well as a central profile in which you can change your details.

We are continually improving Mercedes me ID for you, and more and more services will support Mercedes me ID in future.

If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, you will receive your Mercedes me ID when you register.

If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, you can obtain a Mercedes me ID by logging in to your existing user account, accepting the Mercedes me ID access conditions that then appear, and adding your address, phone number, date of birth, and driving licence number.

If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, use of the Mercedes me ID is compulsory.

If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, use of the Mercedes me ID is optional for you.
