The "Interface to Third-Party Providers" opens up the possibility to use innovative services from various third-party service providers. For example, the "Remote Vehicle Diagnostics and Telediagnostics" product can transmit diagnosis data for your vehicle to a free workshop chosen by you.1
Data processing is via the respective application of the third-party provider.
A pre-requisite for this is that the workshop you have selected offers this service and the corresponding interface to Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
