Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan.
In the event of immobility due to a technical failure, the standard Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan breakdown assistance3 takes over the costs for many services. For example: on-the-spot assistance, towing, replacement vehicle, taxi, hotel and more. In addition, in the first two years after initial registration Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan offers special mobility services in warranty and goodwill cases.
Free of charge. Fees may apply to calls from mobile phone networks. In unaffiliated European countries: +49 (0)69 953 074 16 (the charge incurred is the cost of the phone call to the landline network).
Requirement: radio ex works, connected to mobile phone which is operationally ready. Only costs for calls between the mobile network and landlines are incurred.
Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan applies to the most recent version of the Sprinter, Vito, Citan and Marco Polo ACTIVITY models.
MobiloVan is initially valid for 2 years without service restrictions for all vehicles with initial registration date from 01.10.2012 and cover subsequently renews from service to service at authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Partners for a period of around 30 years.
For the models V-Class, X-Class, Marco Polo and Marco Polo HORIZON the services of Mercedes-Benz Mobilo apply in the most recent version.
