In view of the latest development of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Hong Kong Ltd. has made special arrangements for our customer services to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers. Due to limited staff available onsite to provide full range of services, please expect longer turnaround time in the following areas: •  ‌‌License Renewal handing, VRD release for Early Termination & Normal Paid Off cases, VRD borrowing and Audit Confirmation handling •  ‌‌You are encouraged to settle your payment by PPS, cash deposit via ATM cash deposit machine (please specify your Reg. Mark no.), other on-line transfers or direct debit to avoid delay in cheque processing. •  ‌‌While restricted services are provided, you can still enquire via customer services hotline 2594 8780 (our customer service representatives will reply to your voice message within 48 hours). You can also access your contract details at our myMBFS portal www.mymbfs.com. •  ‌‌ We are deploying a contactless strategy for License Renewal document submission and VRD dispatching for Early Termination, you can submit or pick up (by appointment) relevant document at 5/F Brand Centre reception drop box for urgent handling. Please contact us if you need any further assistance.The above arrangements are effective immediately and will remain in effect until further notice.We sincerely regret this inconvenience caused and do appreciate your understanding in this matter.
