Weekend Express Maintenance Service is available every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday at our Mercedes-Benz Authorised Service Centre. This service allows your regular 40 check-points vehicle maintenance to be completed in just 80 minutes*. Advance booking is required.

Mercedes-Benz Mobile Service helps you to maintain your Mercedes-Benz while you enjoy the comfort of your home. Minimising disruption to your day and receive instant feedback on progress. 

Mercedes-Benz passenger cars come with a two-year manufacturer's world-wide warranty* on materials and workmanship, starting from the date of first registration and with no limit of mileage. It covers free vehicle repairing and replacement of any defective parts (excluding wear and tear items).

Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles also come with manufacturer's world-wide warranty*. To improve customer's satisfaction, all Mercedes-Benz vans produced on or after 1st January 2007 and sold through our exclusive dealer in Hong Kong come with a manufacturer's world-wide warranty* of two years from the date of first registration or up to 200,000km, whichever comes first.

Regular maintenance at our authorized Mercedes-Benz service centres is recommended. To enjoy the full benefits of our manufacturer's warranty, you are advised to send your Mercedes-Benz vehicle to our authorized Mercedes-Benz service centres for servicing at the prescribed service intervals. The “PREMIER Protection Plan” provides you the hassle-free driving enjoyment. The “PREMIER Protection Plan” lengthens your protection to a maximum of 5 years. At the end of the first 2-year warranty period, you can also opt for immediate extension for comprehensive protection
