Frequently asked questions.

Service experts from your branch can carry out certain service jobs through the Mobile Service on site, allowing you to specify your home address as the service location, for example. A mobile service technician will then carry out the work at your desired location using our Mobile Service vehicle.

The Mobile Service enables convenient and problem-free repair or servicing of your vehicle, mobile troubleshooting and the installation of Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts and vehicle accessories at your premises. You save valuable travelling time. 


However, if we are unable to take care of your service requirements on site, our Mobile Service technician can diagnose the particular defect and arrange for it to be repaired at one of our service centres.

The Mobile Service is generally available for all Mercedes-Benz electric vehicles and selected vehicles with an internal combustion engine. 


The actual range of repairs may vary depending on the vehicle. We also offer selected services (such as work on electronics or parts installation) for vehicles with an internal combustion engine. Ask us about your specific service request.

Our Mercedes-Benz Service Partners offer you maintenance, repairs and other services as part of the Mobile Service.

Mobile Service is available from 9am – 5pm on Monday to Friday.

The Mobile Service can be carried out at your premises if you are on your private property. If you have about 1.50 metres of space around your vehicle and if there is mobile phone reception in your underground car park. The ground of the work area should be level and paved. Also, received an authorization by owner and property management office with permission to conduct repair and maintenance work at designated parking area.

If we come to you with our Mobile Service vehicle, this service call will cost you a flat rate of HKD$600.00 for travelling to and from the site, including service reception and tunnel fee* (Exclude our service van parking fee). Do you want us to service two or more Mercedes models? No problem – we are also happy to handle several vehicles on one service call and you only pay once. 


* The costs of the services incurred will be charged on a time and material basis. 

Your Mobile Service technician will arrive at your specified service location within the arranged time window. The location for the service can be your home, your workplace or any other accessible place where you are. The technician will contact you before arrival (approx. 60 minutes in advance) and will wait up to 15 minutes before leaving for the next appointment. 


Here are a few tips for a successful visit by the Mobile Service technician: Before making an appointment, please ensure that you have recorded all problems and defects on the vehicle and reported them to us by telephone. For complaints that you only report on site or shortly beforehand, a new appointment may be necessary so that we can schedule the additional time and parts required. Please ensure that there is sufficient space around the vehicle for the service technician. Please notify gatekeeper, security staff, property management office or other persons (if necessary) of your upcoming service appointment to ensure that they are prepared for the service technician's visit, should the repair be carried out at your workplace, for example.

To make an appointment: 

Since the coordination of  route planning takes us approx. 48 hours before the service appointment. Therefore, we only accept the booking of two days in advancement. 


On the service date: 

Different scopes of work, unforeseen challenges or unpredictable traffic situations can lead to a change in time. We will of course contact you should this occur.

Mercedes-Benz Vito was converted for the Mobile Service by a specialised company. With its equipment as a mobile workshop, it is therefore able to provide you with the most important maintenance and repair work also outside a branch service centre.
