Your Mobile Service technician will arrive at your specified service location within the arranged time window. The location for the service can be your home, your workplace or any other accessible place where you are. The technician will contact you before arrival (approx. 60 minutes in advance) and will wait up to 15 minutes before leaving for the next appointment.
Here are a few tips for a successful visit by the Mobile Service technician: Before making an appointment, please ensure that you have recorded all problems and defects on the vehicle and reported them to us by telephone. For complaints that you only report on site or shortly beforehand, a new appointment may be necessary so that we can schedule the additional time and parts required. Please ensure that there is sufficient space around the vehicle for the service technician. Please notify gatekeeper, security staff, property management office or other persons (if necessary) of your upcoming service appointment to ensure that they are prepared for the service technician's visit, should the repair be carried out at your workplace, for example.
