No claim discount is a reward to you if you made no claim to your policy. For Hong Kong policy, you will be entitled to a discount of 20%, and up to 60% on renewal premium if you make no claim while you are insured with AXA.  For Motor Insurance for Northbound Travel, no claim discount arrangement is still  under regulator’s review. 

You can name up to 4 drivers in your policy.

AXA openly accepts applications from all vehicle owners.

For accidents that happen in Hong Kong, AXA Hong Kong will handle your claim. 

 

For accidents that happen in Guangdong, AXA Hong Kong will continue to handle your claim for your own car’s damage; and AXA Tianping, a Chinese property and casualty company entirely owned by AXA Group, will handle your claim for 3rd party liability claim and your driver and passengers in your car.

The Loss of Car Key in Hong Kong coverage only applies to physical car keys and does not cover electronic keys, such as those accessed via smartphone applications. If you lose your physical car key in Hong Kong, you can make a claim for the replacement cost. Please note that this coverage does not apply to Mainland China.
