Mobilo mobility guarantee

Mobilo: Covering all breakdown services and expenses for you.

Each new Mercedes-Benz passenger car comes with Mobilo, a 2-year mobility guarantee. 

 

Mobilo covers both our Roadside Assistance services and ensuing mobility costs such as taxis, hotels, replacement cars etc. 

 

You can extend your Mobilo status yearly at no extra cost, up to 30 years in a row – simply by having your vehicle regularily maintained at a Mercedes-Benz partner workshop.

Yes, Mobilo is valid across borders in over 40 countries in Europe. For example, this means that you can also rely on Mobilo for a holiday in another european country. 

You are only entitled to Mobilo if you have your service carried out by an authorized Mercedes-Benz Service Partner in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

Mobilo can be re-entered at any time as soon as you have the next upcoming service carried out by an authorized Mercedes-Benz Service Partner.

If your own vehicle is no longer driveable, the technician will provide you with a replacement vehicle upon request. Depending on your preference, we also offer you the option of alternative transport (taxi, public transport, etc.)
