Attentive service.

Maintenance Management stops you having to worry about upcoming maintenance work. It detects upcoming maintenance requirements and informs you in good time. In addition to this, the vehicle sends all vehicle data relevant to maintenance to your Mercedes-Benz service partner so that they can make you a suitable offer for the work concerned.

 

You can conveniently request an appointment for the maintenance work via the me Call button in the vehicle. And you can send your service partner's address directly to your navigation system to help you find your way there*.

Following an emergency call (triggered automatically or manually using the SOS button), you will be connected to the Mercedes-Benz Emergency Call Centre if you wish. The trained staff will help you take the next steps in dealing with your accident and with action for recovering or towing away the damaged vehicle.

 

And should you not be able to continue your journey in your Mercedes, Breakdown Management provides fast and effective assistance. Press the me button in your vehicle to establish a voice connection with our Customer Contact Centre. Our staff will inform the nearest Towing Service immediately to deal with your breakdown.

Accident Recovery and Breakdown Management

Mercedes-Benz emergency call system.*

Your integrated emergency hotline.

In the event of an accident involving deployment of an airbag or a belt tensioner, crash sensors in the vehicle trigger an emergency call automatically. Your vehicle's communication module connects to the Mercedes-Benz emergency call centre automatically. In this case, the system sends your exact position as well as details of the number of vehicle occupants and information about your vehicle's status. In serious cases, the emergency call data are forwarded to Mercedes-Benz Emergency Call Centre (Operated by the AWP Business Service (Beijing) Co,. Ltd.) immediately so that it can initiate the required rescue action as quickly as possible.
